Snapping like mad?
Someone somewhere has worked out the much vaunted ‘fact’ that every two minutes we snap as many photos as were taken in the 1800s.
We couldn’t find any evidence to prove this however, so let’s just throw in another crazy statistic.
Apparently the Apollo space program had a throw-away mentality when it came to camera equipment. Someone reckoned that 12 Hasselblad cameras now litter the surface of the moon, discarded to make way for the moon rocks they wanted to bring back to earth.
NASA has refused to comment . . .
